    sounds simple, right. but that's not the truth. well, not the whole truth.
    each contestant will participate in simple challenges while trying to work out their partner but there's more of a sadistic element to the show too and if you didn't read the fine print, you won't even know what's happening.




    science has made some incredible advancements recently but finding specimens to test these remarkable achievements on is increasingly difficult. people can't handle the changes that science wants to a introduce to the world. so, why not simply trick civilians and give them a cash prize at the end to make it all better. each night the contestants are drugged while they sleep, each a different drug altering their DNA, making them better, stronger and ... more unique. these drugs have not been tested on humans before and cause unimaginable pain to their victims but in the long run makes them better than the average human. some achieve powers such as telekinesis, some shape shifting. their control over their abilities is weak but their struggles only make for more views from the outside world.

    - positive traits: she is loud and will never be outspoken, her confidence is key to her personality and has served her well, she is also bold and never afraid to question or contradict a statement. maxi is a loyal friend who always means well in her actions although sometimes she forgets to take into account others feelings on her actions.


    - negative traits: she is very cocky, and can come across as rude through this. which she sometimes is. she believes in herself and isn't afraid to show it. her temper has got the best of her many times and she holds a grudge for a long time, that build up of negative energy makes her bitter and sometimes unapproachable. she also however is a tease, her flirtatious side is prominent but is usually sarcastic. none the less it is a side of her that comes out also always as she loves to lead others on, whether her intentions are true or not.

    history: it was known by her parents joe was different from her siblings and her classmates, she struggled in school and focused more on attracting the attention of boys around her than her schoolwork. her parents assumed it was bad behaviour and being the strict, religious family they were who believed in education deeply punished her fro her actions and each time a sobbing joe would swear to work harder. but, as soon as she said it the words seemed to dissolve from her mind and she would again go back to behaving the way she always did. it was only when she received guidance from a doctor forced to examine her by her parents did she discover that she couldn't help her behaviour. however, her parents were not impressed and tried to motivate their child by negative language towards her. they called her 'slow' and 'stupid' to make her work harder to earn their praise. however, joe soon began to believe their words as she slipped further into failure in her education. when the end of the world occurred, the girl was in a bad state. her older sister had of course moved away to her parents joy and began working in a well paid job loving high class area. joe wasn't allowed to leave her parents house and stayed put occasionally being trusted enough to look after her sixteen year old younger brother like she was doing when the virus hit them. she was depressed, anti social and generally angry, something joe almost never was. her parents never returned and with her brother threatening to take her life she fled her home, the sense of freedom and the thrill of the run returning almost immediately her happy nature. the thought of her escaping her families grips encased her with joy, but the thought of surviving without them made her scared.

    [color=#000]soft spot: for hugs and physical attention, she melts when others give her the time of day and latches on to their presence

    I'd love to do an apocalyptic thread with you! I had this idea where the zombies weren't your typical slow, thoughtless creatures but instead they still retained whatever smarts they had before they turned. the only way for our characters to tell them apart from the living is their lack of understandable speech.
    feel free to change this however you want, I'm totally open to whatever ideas you have!

    I had this random idea while watching my brother and his friend play this game online (my life is very interesting) and I thought I could turn it into a roleplay cx
    so there's basically a guy and a girl and they've somehow awoken in this darkened maze, barely lit but still visible. one has bright red hair and the other blue, after they briefly become acquaintances they hear a voice commanding them to complete the puzzle if they want to escape. obviously they do so they begin to walk forward. they then come across a large pool of bright blue water, if the blue haired Muse A walks through they are unharmed however if the red haired Muse B walks into the water they face excruciating pain causing both parties to black out and find themselves at the start of the maze again. the only way across the water is for Muse A to go alone and find a small blue button to allow Muse B to cross the water as it turns distinctly red. This is contrasting to when the pair find a large pool of red water, Muse B can cross but Muse A can't. basically the colour of their hair decides what they can and can't do. there will also he other challenges but if you like this idea we can make them up as go! I hope that made sense <3
